Легкий сніжок після тимчасового потепління нагадав про свята, які вже давно минули. Спільне прибирання ялинки разом з донечкою, її перша розбита прикраса, атмосферна зустріч Нового Року в гостинних друзів (поки дитина солодко спала і навіть не зауважила нашої відсутності:)), усі милі і щирі подаруночки, гірлянди по всьому дому (а на вулиці – велика «світлова інсталяція» на подвір'ї сусіда :)), метушня в приготуваннях до Святвечора, багато коляди, багато часу вдома з донею, яка половину свят прохворіла, багато різних внутрішніх пережиттів і роздумів. Це все було.

Легкий сніжок також нагадав, що до весни ще далеко. На вулиці, чи то в парку, чи в лісі довго не погуляєш. Але можна спробувати принести трошки природи в дім.

Взагалі, натуральні матеріали або такі, що легко переробляються, є напевно основним компонентом сучасного дизайну інтер’єру. Екологічність є не лише актуальною, а й модною. Те ж саме і в окремих декорах.

Пізньої осені, коли своїх квітів в саду вже зовсім не залишилось, яскравою плямкою залишались кущі троянд. На них в цей час вже звичайно не було цвіту, але майоріли такі оранжеві «шишечки» - плоди. Ідею поставити кілька таких гілочок у вазу я підгледіла у Лідії Бебешко. 

В грудні-січні безумовно доречною в оселях була хвоя. Не повірите, свого часу в нас вдома окрім новорічної ялинки, отримало власний куток ще одне деревце.

Колись дядькам-електрикам заважали гілочки цієї берези, які росли надто близько до електропроводів. Тож її добряче «обчихвостили». Деякі гілки пішли на віночки і різні декорації, деякі – в багаття, а найбільша з них так і поселилась в нас у вітальні. З часом на березу «позлітались» пташки, на ній навіть «виросли» листочки зі старих подертих нотних зошитів. Вже й всі домашні нарешті звикли до неї :).

Гілки модрини з безліччю маленьких шишок + до них в компанію покручена вербова галузка гарно імітують пташине гніздо, цікаво виглядають під люстрою та не тільки.

Як на мене, красиво, затишно і оригінально. Наче шматочок лісу в оселі :).

Навесні ж, коли з’являються перші бруньки і цвіт, в садах і парках часто підрізають дерева і кущі. Принісши такі гілочки додому, ви ніби запросите весну до свого помешкання.

Тож, не квітами єдиними! :)

The light snow after temporal warming reminded me of the holidays that passed long ago. Our creative collaboration on the Christmas tree decoration with my daughter, her first broken ball, atmospheric New Year’s Eve at our hospitable friends’ home (while the kid was sleeping tight and didn’t even notice that we were absent :)), all those cute and sincere presents, garlands all over the house (and outside – a big light installation at our neighbor’s backyard:)), hurly-burly preparation for the Christmas Eve, much caroling, much time at home with my daughter who was ill for the half of holidays period, many different internal emotions and thoughts. That all passed.     

The light snow also reminded me that spring is close but yet so far away. Walks in a park or forest are not long-lasting. But you may try to bring a bit of nature into your house. 

Actually, natural and easy-processing materials must be the main element in modern interior design. Environmental friendliness is not only up-to-date but also fashionable. And the same goes with particular decoration.

At the end of autumn, when there were almost no flowers in the garden, rose bushes were still that bright spot. At that time of course there was no bloom on them but a kind of fruits – orange “cones” left. The idea to put those branches into the vase was borrowed at Lidia Bebeshko Facebook page.

In December and January the main roles were surely played by conifers. If you could imagine, some time ago there was one more tree, except for the Christmas one, that settled in our house.  

The branches of this birch were growing too close to the electric wires, so one day electricians came and essentially cut the tree. Some pieces were used in wreathes and other decoration, some went to the flame and the biggest one settled in our living room. In the course of time the birds have “flown together” to the birch and even the leaves (made from the old torn music book) have “grown” on it :).  

The larch branches with a lot of little cones + curly willow stick are good at imitating birds nest and are looking very interesting under the ceiling lamp. But not only.    

To my mind that all looks very nice, cozy and special. Just like a piece of forest at home :).

In spring when the first buds and blossom come in gardens and parks the trees and bushes are often being cut. Bringing such branches home you may invite the spring to your house.

So, not only the flowers rule! :)
