DIY with Kids

   Ще до того, як мала почала ходити в дитячий садок, в нас виникла потреба в пошуку цікавих дитячих заходів, щоб наповнити дні доньки чимось розважальним і корисним водночас. Власне, я вважаю, що соціалізувати дитинку, сприяти її розвитку і «вчити вчитись» ніколи не є … зарано :). Головне, щоб це було в задоволення малечі. Та й для самої молодої мами зайвий раз вирватись з дому має бути цікаво. 

   Ми почали з відвідувань розвиваючих занять в 1,5 року, далі перейшли на прості музичні занятті і англійську, а в 2,5 також підключили до програми «мінімум» дитячі майстер-класи на вихідних.  

   Ось приклади наших творінь в Дитячому розважально-пізнавальному клубі “Лис Микита»:

   Іноді ми робимо щось красиве, іноді – смачненьке, іноді – практичне. Але найважливіше, як на мене, дати дитині віру, що вона може (нехай і з допомогою батьків) зробити щось своїми руками. Багато з цих речей стали  симпатичним елементом декору в домі.

   Цього року Миколай приніс доні творчий набір від Djeco. Гарні та якісні матеріали, доступна схема дій в картинках і результат - гарненький.

   Є ще багато варіантів для DIY (do it yourself/зроби сам) з дітками. Наприклад, вирізати будь-що з картону з-під старих коробок. Тут є багато способів: Pinterest.

  А як же в цю зимову передсвяткову пору без тістечок-пряничків? Замісіть тісто (пісочне, пряникове, якесь сирне… будь-яке), розкатайте, дайте дитині кілька різних формочок і спостерігайте (або біжіть за фотоапаратом, щоб зловити цінний кадр), з яким ентузіазмом вона буде вирізати тістечка, а потім, як наминатиме їх готовими. 

   Ще ж є такі чудові різноманітні способи прикрашання:

   Звичайно, усі ці речі не з розряду «зайняти чимось дитину, бо в мами є справи». Принаймні для батьків менших діток обов’язковою є співучасть у процесі. Та ви, без сумніву, погодитесь, що діти заслуговують кожної хвилинки нашого вільного часу, а результат спільної праці, гарантую, потішить усіх. Тож давайте розділяти своє дозвілля з донями і синочками, поки їм це ще цікаво :).

   Before the time our daughter started visiting kindergarten we felt the need in finding some interesting children activities and events that could fill her days with something amusing and useful at the same time. Actually, to my mind, socializing your baby, contributing to her development and teaching her to learn can never be too … early :) It’s just important that your kid enjoyed it. But it should be also interesting for the young mothers to run away the house from time to time. We started visiting early childhood development classes at 1,5 years, then we skipped to simple musical classes and English and at 2,5 the workshops for kids on weekends were also added to our minimum program.
   On the pictures you may see the examples of our creatures in Kids entertainment club “Lys Mykyta”.Sometimes we make something beautiful, sometimes – tasty, sometimes- useful.  But what is most important, to my mind, it is to give your kids the belief that they (even if with help of parents) can create something with their own hands. Many of these things became the cute element of décor in our home.  This year St. Nicholas brought our daughter the creative set from Djeco. The stuff is very good and of high quality, the manual with pictures is simple and the result is very nice.
   There's a lot of different kinds of DIY with kids. For example, you may cut something using the carton from the old boxes. Here are many ways for that: Pinterest. And we've got a little bed.

      Going forward, you cannot imagine the Christmas season without cookies and gingerbread. Just beat the dough (like cookie dough, gingerbread dough, cheesy one etc.), roll it out, give your child few different cutters and watch (or run to get your camera and shoot the precious moment) how enthusiastically he or she is cutting the cookies and then swallowing them when ready. And there are such a cute ways to glaze them later:   Sure, this is not that kind of activities that you can choose to arrange something while your children are engaged in some play. At least parents of small kids must be fully involved in the process. But I’m sure you agree that children worth every minute of our free time. I also guarantee that the result of such mutual work will make happy everyone. So, let’s share the leisure with our daughters and sons so long as it’s interesting for them
